Read MoreIn order to effectively deliver all its programs NYSDP strives to develop its volunteer base using the leadership ladder. Volunteers will develop from Community Untrained Volunteer all the way to staff level ensuring sustainability in the program.
NYSDP Exchange Volunteers will go under a 3 week General orientation were they will be trained in the implementation of the NYSDP Programs , NYSDP Monitoring and Evaluation ( Reporting ) using both quantitative and qualitative tools.
They will also be trained in the implementation of the WiGirls Program and Brothers 4 Life Program respectively. To continuously give feed back on the progress and challenges of the program as well as capacity build , the volunteers will be attending quarterly training moments every quarter the year.
